Refund & Return Policy
30-Night Trial
Every Good Sleep System comes with a 30-night trial starting from your delivery date. If it's not right for you, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery by contacting us at hello@trygoodsleep.com with your order number.
15% Restocking Fee
All returns within the 30-night trial are subject to a 15% restocking fee, calculated on the original product price and deducted from your refund. This covers inspection, sanitation, and repackaging.
How Refunds Are Processed
We process returns in batches twice per month, on the 1st and the 15th. Your refund is issued on the next scheduled processing date after your returned unit is received and inspected at our facility. For example: if your return arrives on the 3rd, it is processed on the 15th; if it arrives on the 18th, it is processed on the 1st of the following month. Refunds go to your original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear after processing, depending on your bank.
To qualify, your return must be:
- Initiated within the 30-night trial window
- Shipped back within the timeframe provided when your return is approved
- In clean, undamaged, resalable condition with all components (hub, topper, and hose)
No Exchanges. All Sales Final on Size and Color.
We do not offer exchanges of any kind, including swaps between sizes or colors. All sales are final with respect to size and color selection. Please confirm your selection carefully before ordering, as we cannot accommodate changes after purchase.
Not Eligible for Return:
- Returns requested after 30 calendar days of delivery
- Units with damage beyond normal use
- Orders missing components
- Orders placed through third-party retailers
Damages & Defects
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Return Authorization Required
Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted. Reach out to hello@trygoodsleep.com before shipping anything back.
Holiday Extension
Orders placed November 24 through December 24 are eligible for return through January 31 of the following year.
