30-Night Trial & Returns
Every Good Sleep System includes a 30-night trial starting from your delivery date. If it's not right for you, email hello@trygoodsleep.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization - items sent back without approval can't be accepted. Approved returns must ship back in clean, resalable condition with all components (hub, topper, and hose), and are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed in batches on the 1st and 15th of each month after your return is received and inspected, then take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method. How do I clean and maintain it?
Spot-clean the topper with a damp cloth (no machine washing), keep it under your fitted sheet, and top up the hub's water reservoir occasionally. Before storing or traveling, flush the lines with the included air pump. That's the entire maintenance routine.
